Exhibitor Information
We are so excited to have you join us as an exhibitor for INCH 2025 - Michigan's annual Inspirational Networking Conference for Homeschoolers!
Dates: Thursday, Friday, & Saturday - May 15th-17th 2025
For exhibitors participating in the Interactive Hands-On Activities Fair, Thursday, 9am-12 noon:
- It will be held in Mount Hope Church's "Kids Connect" area (Use Green Entrance-South side of building.)
- Move in/set up will be Thursday morning from 8:00-9:00am
For exhibitors participating in the College and Career Fair, Thursday, from 12 noon - 3:00pm:
- It will be held in Mount Hope's Chapel (Use Green Entrance-South side of building)
- Move in/set up will be Thursday morning from 11:00am - 12:00pm
For exhibitors participating in our full INCH Conference Exhibit Hall, open Friday 9:15 AM - 7:00 PM and Saturday 8:15 AM - 11:15 AM:
- Move in/set up will be Thursday, 3pm-7pm and/or Friday, 7am-9:00am. (Please Check in at RED Entrance-East side of building)
- Booths/ Displays will be set up in the hallways and concourse areas throughout the church, as well as Chapel B.
- The Exhibit Hall will be open for a total of 12.5 hours of shopping/viewing: Friday - 9.5 hours and 3 more hours on Saturday morning

Electricity for Curriculum Conference Exhibitor ONLY, $25 per booth

INCH provides an opportunity for exhibitors and others to participate in our conference goodybag, which is distributed to our conference attendees, one per family. We will be assembling 500 goodybags for the Conference. Price is per insert (multiple items inside one sealed envelope will be counted as one insert). Please send 500 inserts to: INCH at c/o Mary Hoch at 1721 Schoolhouse Road, Lansing, MI 48917. **IMPORTANT DEADLINE: Inserts must be received at address noted above by May 1st to be included in the goodybags.
