To clarify tickets:
We can’t wait to welcome you to the conference! Here’s a simple breakdown to help clarify which tickets you’ll need:

All Access Pass → This is for one adult and covers all three days of the conference, plus Family Fun Night and Thursday activities—for that adult only.

Children’s Program Ticket or Child’s Non-Program Ticket → This is for each child attending and covers all three days, Family Fun Night, and Thursday activities—for that child.

Thursday Only – Family Pass → This is a special one-day pass that covers the whole family (Dad, kids, and even Mom if she doesn’t have an All Access Pass) for everything happening on Thursday.

Family Fun Night – Family Ticket → This covers the whole family (Dad, kids, and even Mom if she doesn’t have an All Access Pass) for all the fun on Friday evening.
Ticket Instructions:
- Please be sure to have your ticket in-hand. It needs to be either printed or pulled up on your phone.
- Every single person attending the conference needs a ticket including: parents, teens, and children. (Ages 0-4 are free and do not need a pass)
- Tickets will be exchanged for name badges at check in. Your name badge will get you into the conference and sessions the rest of the weekend.
Parking Instructions:
- Parking is free-you may park anywhere.
- Freedom Summit: Enter through the Number 6/ORANGE Entrance.
- For Thursday Check-in: Enter through the Number 5/PURPLE Entrance. (North Entrance); Thursday Evening: Enter Through the Number 3/YELLOW Entrance.
- For Friday & Saturday: Enter through the Number 3/YELLOW Entrance. (Northeast Entrance)

Kid's Program Details:
- If your child(ren) are registered for Giant Cow and/or Giant Calf, Drop off is at the Event Center. ****This ticket must be purchased through Giant Cow HERE.
