Leadership = Influence - Have you ever wondered why everyone is so wound up about teaching leadership principles to young adults? Is being a manager or governor or pastor the only way to make an impact in the world? What if you don’t feel like you have a “leadership personality”? Or, what if you do but you don’t have a title? In this session, Kaitlyn proposes a new definition for leadership - one that we think is more realistic and more compelling.

Extreme Ownership - It’s common knowledge that leadership requires responsibility – but it’s also no secret that lectures on this topic abound, especially for young adults. Yet, even with this onslaught of information, countless leaders – young and old – still forget these basic principles, with devastating consequences. In this session, join Olivia as we discuss a new perspective of taking ownership, not just acting “responsibly”, in all spheres of influence.

Extraordinary at the Ordinary - Ever been seized by the desire to become a respected peer in your friend groups, a courageous influencer in your community, or a bold leader unafraid of change and try to do it all at once? We've all been there, trying to accomplish it all and then ending up face-first on the pavement. But what if that's not how real change happens? What if we started with one thing we can control and took baby steps toward our goals? In this session with Tim, learn how to master the mundane and build unstoppable momentum so you can stop quitting and start doing!
