Here are a few things that you need to know to get you ready for conference. 

Ticket Instructions:

  • Please be sure to have your ticket in-hand.  It needs to be either printed or pulled up on your phone. 
  • Every single person attending the conference needs a ticket including: parents, teens, and children. (Ages 0-4 are free and do not need a pass) 

Parking Instructions:

  • Parking is free-you may park anywhere.
  • For Thursday Check-in: Enter through the BLUE Entrance. (North Entrance); Thursday Evening: Enter Through the YELLOW Entrance.
  • For Friday & Saturday: Enter through the YELLOW Entrance. (Northeast Entrance)

Kid's Program Details:

  • If your child(ren) are registered for Giant Cow and/or Giant Calf, Drop off is at the Event Center. ****This ticket must be purchased through Giant Cow HERE.

Child's NON-Program Pass: Ages 5-19 ($15) [NOTE: ages 0-4 are free & do not need a pass]

Everyone in the building over the age of 4 MUST have a pass! This ticket is for any child attending the conference with a parent, but NOT interested in serving as part of the Teen Leadership Corps or participating in the Giant Cow Children's program. These children & teens are welcome as long as you have paid for a pass and they remain under the direct supervision of a parent at all times! Good for all 3 days: Thursday, Friday, & Saturday.
