Aric Nesbitt was raised on his family’s sixth-generation dairy and grape farm in Southwest Michigan, shaping a work ethic and instilling conservative values that guide his public service.
A graduate of Hillsdale College, Aric has fought and won for conservative principles in the Michigan legislature. As the top Republican in the Michigan Senate, Aric has led the charge against Governor Whitmer– fighting the Democrats’ tax hikes, Green New Deal scheme and dangerous soft-on-crime policies.
He and his wife Trisha live just down the road from the family farm, where they are raising their three children, Catherine, William, and Margot. Aric wants to build an economy where we Make It in Michigan again.
