About the speaker
Ralph Rebandt is pleased to announce that he will join the field of Republican candidates for the Governor of Michigan. Born in Wyandotte, and farm raised in Woodhaven, Ralph represents the voice of working-class Michigan families.
With a unique background that bridges labor unions and business leadership, Ralph brings real-world experience to the challenges facing Michigan workers and families. He's not a career politician—he's a problem solver committed to building Michigan's next Golden Age.
Ralph's vision is clear: make Michigan the #1 state in the nation economically, while protecting families, defending parental rights, and parental choice in their children’s education. Ralph and his wife Carol met in 7th grade at Inter-City Baptist School, sent their children through Southfield Christian School, and helped Home School their grandchildren. Ralph’s mission is to ensure every child has a quality education without government overreach, government interference, or government indoctrination. Ralph is willing to give his life for parental rights, guidance, and authority over their children. It is what God intended.
Ralph and Carol planted Oakland Hills Community Church, and pastored it for 35 years before retiring to run for governor. He has been the chaplain for the Michigan Police Chiefs, the International Association of Police Chiefs, SE Michigan Police Chiefs, and two local departments in SE Michigan. Ralph is unanimously endorsed by the SE Michigan Police Chiefs for Governor of Michigan.
