How can I register to exhibit?

What is included in my booth?

Each Regular/Corner booth space is 10’ x 10’ (100 sq. ft.) and includes the following:
-8’ high draped backdrop
-One 8’ table
-Two chairs
-Two wrist bands to enter exhibit hall 

Endcap booth 20’ x 20’:

-8’ high draped backdrop
-Two 8’ tables
-Four chairs
-Two wrist bands to enter exhibit hall 

*Electricity is an add on 

What are the Exhibit Hall hours? (and setup times)

Dates: May 19th-21st, 2022. 

  • Move in/set up will be Thursday afternoon, May19th from 2:00 to 8:00pm, and  Friday morning, May 20th from 8:30-9:30am. 
  • The Exhibit Hall will be open for a total of 12 hours of shopping/viewing: 

            Friday, May 20th: 9:30am - 6:30pm (9 hours), and Saturday, May 21st  from 8:30-11:30am (3 hours.)

For freight and material handling/shipping, extra furnishings (e.g. tables, chairs, table covering, couches), carpet, special signs and graphics, floral arrangements, etc., please contact our service provider: ArtCraft Display.
